Bluetooth Connection Problems (Ledger Nano X)
Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your mobile device
Make sure device battery is charged (check battery icon)
Turn off Bluetooth and turn it back on
Forget the device in Bluetooth settings and pair again
Close and restart Ledger Live mobile app
Ensure device is within 10 meters of your phone with no obstacles
Try unpairing all other Bluetooth devices temporarily
Reset Bluetooth cache on Android: Settings > Apps > Bluetooth > Clear Cache
Ledger Live Won't Open or Crashes
Check if antivirus is blocking Ledger Live
Update to the latest version of Ledger Live
Clear Ledger Live cache: Settings > Help > Clear Cache
Run Ledger Live as administrator (Windows)
Check available disk space (needs at least 500MB)
Disable hardware acceleration: Settings > Experimental features
Completely uninstall and reinstall Ledger Live
Check system requirements match your computer specs
Accounts Not Synchronizing
Check your internet connection stability
Click the circular arrow icon to manually sync

USB Connection Dropping

Avoid USB hubs - connect directly to computer
Update USB drivers on your computer
Disable USB selective suspend: Power Options > Change plan settings > USB settings
Try a different computer to isolate if it's a computer issue
Clean USB port on device gently with compressed air
Check if cable is damaged - try a different cable
App Installation Stuck or Failing
Check available storage on device (uninstall unused apps)
Close the app on device and restart installation
Ensure device firmware is up to date
Try installing a smaller app first to test
Disconnect and reconnect device
Clear Ledger Live cache and try again
Restart both computer and device
If specific app fails, try installing different version
Balance Showing as Zero
Wait for synchronization to complete (check loading indicator)
Manually sync the account using refresh button
Verify on blockchain explorer that balance is correct
Clear cache and resync account
Check if you're looking at the correct account
For segwit/legacy Bitcoin: Add account for each address type
Ensure you haven't switched to a different derivation path
If explorer shows balance, remove and re-add account
Device Shows Wrong PIN Screen
Make sure you're entering the PIN on the device, not computer
If showing "Lost your device?", you're on recovery screen
Press right button to navigate to PIN entry
If device reset, you'll need to restore from recovery phrase
Three wrong PIN attempts will wipe the device
Current attempt count shows on device screen
If unable to enter PIN, consider restoring from phrase on new attempt
Never share your PIN - it should only be entered on device
Manager Not Loading in Ledger Live
Ensure device is unlocked and on home screen
Close any open app on the device (both buttons)
Disconnect and reconnect device
Update Ledger Live to latest version
Allow Ledger Manager when prompted on device
Try different USB port or cable
Disable VPN or proxy temporarily
Check firewall isn't blocking Ledger Live
Transaction Stuck as Pending
Check blockchain explorer to see transaction status
For Bitcoin: Transaction may be waiting for confirmation due to low fees
For Ethereum: Check if gas price was too low
Wait for network congestion to clear
Cannot cancel on-chain transactions once broadcast
For Ethereum: Can speed up with higher gas (Replace-By-Fee)
Some networks allow transaction acceleration services
If transaction fails, funds will return to sender automatically
Computer Doesn't Recognize Device
Install or update Ledger Live
Try different USB cable (official cable recommended)
Test different USB ports
Restart computer with device disconnected
Update device firmware through Ledger Live
Check Device Manager (Windows) for unknown devices
Install device drivers manually if needed
